As a word of caution, don’t just do the exercises without understanding the concept,scope, limitations of the exercises mentioned. You might even be a kickboxing or kung fu, karate, kalaripayyatu or other martial art enthusiast; but without a training regimen that toughens you in the above physical and mental aspects, your level of fitness and martial combat will be below your TRUE POTENTIAL!
