    The battle with the bulge is not easily won. I’ve tried aerobic, swimmings, yoga and even going to the gym. Sadly, the effects didn’t last very long as I was irregular. One has to be consistent. That is the key to any effective weight loss or fitness program. Keep this in mind when embarking on any programme. That is the same with martial arts too. One needs a good master/ instructor not only to teach you but one who will also inspire you to go that extra mile. Inspire you to be disciplined and consistent.
